Headfort House is a beautiful place, a magical place in which to enjoy even a small portion of one's childhood - indeed, to echo a phrase of
Tim Robinson's, "It seems more of a place than most places."
Over two hundred years old and originally built for the Earl of Bective, this stunning Georgian House and 60 acre private Woodland Estate is now a modern but still charmingly quaint (it even has its own aircraft-hanger and beautiful courtyard stables on site!) Preparatory Boarding School for 7-14 year old boys and girls. Its superb and secluded position half way between Dublin and Belfast, combined with well equipped Language Learning, Sports and Recreational facilities, makes this Horizon Venue an idyllic adventure camp location for younger children.
